Nardin d.o.o. outlines the following conditions under which refunds will not be issued:

  1. Downloaded Products: Refunds are not available if downloading of the product has started, except in cases where the product is faulty or not fit for use. In such instances, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced. 

  2. Digital Products: As Nardin d.o.o. deals exclusively in digital products that are accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds will generally not be provided once the product has been downloaded.

Provide your order number, the email address used for registration, a detailed description of your issue, and any relevant screenshots.

Eligibility for a refund is determined within 30 days from the purchase date, as indicated in your Order Confirmation Email from Nardin d.o.o.
